Work
Overview
Mintify is an award-winning, student-led UX design organization at the University of Michigan. It pairs multidisciplinary student teams with third-party clients for project-based design work, and partners with UMSI's SO-ELL program to connect coursework to real deliverables.
As President and Project Director, I:
- Rebuilt a dormant club. Took over as President when Mintify was nearly inactive — recruiting a new leadership team, reviving member interest, structuring a new programming strategy, and re-securing client-facing project assignments
- Direct 2 Project Managers and 2 project teams of 7–9 analysts, researchers, and designers, holding alignment, collaboration, and delivery across both
- Secured and delivered two client engagements: a court-forms redesign for the Michigan Supreme Court's Justice For All Commission, and a resource-navigation research study for Florida Community Innovation's Florida Resource Map
- Partnered with UMSI's SO-ELL program, connecting academic coursework to real client deliverables and career-development opportunities for student members
